Built on caissons drilled 40’ into Summerland’s expansive soil, this house is sandwiched between a sewer easement on the east and a drainage easement on the west. On a 50’ x 60’ lot it took both front and backyard setback variances from S.B. county to give us enough room to squeeze this 3bdrm Victorian in. The interiors clean contemporary lines and high ceilings give it an airy spaciousness.
