Terraced into a private hillside acre, this vine covered contemporary home has great views of the Santa Barbara Mountains and the East Valley. The two storey split level open floor plan has a basement, home office, three bedrooms, three baths and roof top patio. It features walnut inlaid maple floors, coved ceilings and hydronic heating. The Kitchen/ Dining area open to a trellis shaded patio and fountain. The solid birds-eye maple cabinets and fir plank doors were built on site. The hand finished wood tones give the interior warmth. The clean lines and uncluttered interior give it a light and airy spaciousness.
